On April 20^th, 2014 morning, Annual General Meeting 2014 was successfully organized by CADI-SUN at the Company’s head office. The Meeting was attended by Mr. Pham Luong Hoa - Chairman of Management Board/ General Director of the Company, leaders of the units, departments, and shareholders of the Company.
 
2013 was a year marking the Company’s attempts. Although a wide range of difficulties "inherited" from the previous year continues to create barriers to manufacturers, with the instruction in a tight and flexible manner in consistence with the development of the economy and actual situation of the Company’s Management Board, and initiative and drastic management of Director Board along with efforts of all staff and employees, CADI-SUN has overcome such difficulties and fulfilled the basic criteria assigned at the General Meeting with revenue growth of 15% compared to 2012. Some typical activities such as product contracting, implementation of agent system, expansion of  and access to foreign markets... have brought actual benefits to the Company. In consecutive eight years, CADI-SUN is recognized as the major industrial product of Hanoi City. In consecutive four years, CADI-SUN is listed in the top 500 largest businesses in Vietnam.
 
The General Meeting of this year took place along with the Company’s anniversary of 29 years of construction and development, and 15 years of CADI-SUN’s establishment. Speaking at the Meeting, Mr. Pham Luong Hoa – Chairman of Management Board / General Director of the Company recognized and praised efforts to complete the tasks of all staff and employees of CADI-SUN. The Chairman proposed to maintain stable and sustainable development in association with objectives and duties in 2014 established by the Management Board of the Company. A long-term strategy for the next 5-year period should be developed by CADI-SUN. The Chairman of Management Board is confident that withthe support and consent of the shareholders as well as staff and employees, the Company shall comprehensively complete beyond the targets of the plan adopted by Annual General Meeting 2014.
 
The Meeting successfully ended with high consensus, expressing belief and great expectation of shareholders for CADI-SUN’s operations and opening a new page in the development and integration of the Company.
